The mission partner is responsible for taking the training and ensuring that their local network and systems are optimized and sustained for DCS service. New Service Requests Mission partners interested in learning more about this service should contact their Mission Partner Engagement team. This open source real time collaboration service is available to over four million DOD personnel and mission partners and routinely serves 46 thousand web conference users weekly and 16 thousand concurrent chat users daily. The system is designed to continue operating in the event of a single failure of any one component.
